1 General Terms & Conditions

Cj33 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between cj33 and the user.

These Terms apply whenever you access the platform via the cj33 website, mobile app, or any other channel. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Registration & Account

The following requirements must be met to open an account on cj33:

• You must be at least 18 years old. cj33 does not allow minors to register and may request valid identification documents for age verification at any time.
• The name, address, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be fully accurate.
• Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials are strictly confidential. Any consequences arising from sharing them are entirely the user's responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

Cj33 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. If it is discovered after registration that any information provided was false, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on cj33:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Cj33 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any transaction at its own discretion if it is suspected to be linked to fraud or any other unlawful activity.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Cj33 offers its players a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read carefully before acceptance.

• Welcome Bonus: New players receive a special bonus on their first deposit. To claim it, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly reload bonuses are available for regular players.
• Cashback: A portion of your net losses within a given period will be returned to you as cashback.
• VIP Bonus: Exclusive bonuses and rewards are available based on your VIP tier.

General Terms & Conditions for Bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Cj33 may modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at its own discretion.
• If bonus abuse (such as arbitrage betting) is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Game & Betting Rules

Each game on cj33 has its own rules, which should be reviewed before play begins. The general betting rules are:

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, cj33 will settle the bet according to its own rules.
• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is fully impartial and verifiable.
• If your internet connection is lost, your bet result is saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• Cj33 reserves the right to set maximum payout limits for all games.

For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. For Sports Betting, bets are settled after the official result is published.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cj33:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Fraudulent activity or use of false information to obtain bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Organised fraud or collusion against cj33.

7 Responsible Gaming

Cj33 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment. That is why we provide a range of tools and features to support responsible gaming:

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Due to legal obligations.

You may request account closure at any time. The process will be completed within 7 business days of receiving your request. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10 Liability Limit

Cj33 is not liable for the following:

• If a game is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If loss or damage is caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events — such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

Under all circumstances, cj33's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. cj33 is not obligated to compensate for any indirect or consequential losses.

11 Changes & Amendments

Cj33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes:

• Users will be notified via email or the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
